Building Your Confidence in Dating Women

When it comes to dating (or even seducing) a woman, confidence is vital. Women often equate “self confidence” with the ability to be successful. While many men believe that women look for successful men because they’re likely to make more money, that’s simply not true.

While it’s a given, women actually look for successful men because they’re more likely to be satisfied. So you may be wondering what a man being satisfied has to do with anything. Let me explain. You see, women know that men who are satisfied with themselves are less likely to go out looking for someone to satisfy them and are more stable.

And in a relationship that means a man will be less likely to cheat, or change jobs frequently or get himself into any number of other compromising situations. Remember that most women are looking for a man who will be their partner as well as their lover.

Not only do they want a partner when it comes to things like companionship, decision-making and finances, but in the bedroom, as well. In order to effectively seduce a woman you must make her feel as though you’re both equals.

When it comes to confidence, it seems there are two kinds of people - those who have it and others who simply don’t. Although on the surface this may be true, everyone has the potential to be “self confident”, or motivated if you would like to call it.

Take heart in knowing that you’re a good person, smart, funny, good at your job, loving, considerate or whatever else you find to be positive character traits that you have. Be comforted to know that NOT all women are looking for a CEO or brain surgeon. They just want a man who’s confident with who he is, what he knows and what he has to offer to a relationship with them!

Places to Meet Women to Date

Meeting women that you would actually want to date and, maybe eventually, bring home to meet mom and dad, isn’t as hard as it sounds. There is, of course, the singles scene out in the bars and clubs all over town but I don’t recommend that one. It’s not that just bad girls go to bars; it’s that it is hard to tell the good ones from the bad one.

You meet women at work, too, but, there again, I don’t recommend dating them. The problem with that is that, if things don’t work out, you will still have to work together and the situation could be awkward to say the least.

Your friends know women that you haven’t met - sisters, cousins, etc. Ask them to introduce you to them. But, big brother, do avoid blind dates. Those things hardly ever work out and you can spend a lot of money for a very uncomfortable evening.

The best places to meet women that you might actually want to date are at clubs and organizations that you belong to. You will already have something in common with them and will have had the opportunity to see them interact with other people and that tells you a lot about a person. If you aren’t already involved with any clubs or organizations the, for heaven sakes, join some. Find ones that are all about something you are interested in. There are clubs and organizations that cover just about anything you can think of from astronomy to zoology and single women are involved in all of them.

Church is an excellent place to meet women. If there aren’t any single women in the church you go to now, visit other churches until you find one where there are single women. The church itself will provide you with an opportunity to get to know the woman before you ask her for a date.  You will be a lot more comfortable and so will she.

Get involved in civic organizations. Women love men who are civic minded. They admire men who are willing to “give back”.  And what about political campaigns? You will meet a lot of young women who are passionate about politics.

If all else fails, join a good online dating service. You will meet a lot of eligible women. You can read their profiles and see pictures of them. After you get to know one well enough to ask her for a face-to-face meeting, be sure that you plan the meeting during daylight hours and in a public place.

Valentine’s Day Date Ideas

For many Valentine’s Day is one day of the year where couples really want to have a great date and show their partner how much they love them and care about them. However, many people have a great deal of trouble deciding planning a Valentine’s Day. This may be because there is a great deal of pressure to plan a fabulous date or simply because the person planning the date just doesn’t know how to plan a great date on any day of the year and is particularly stressed about planning a date on such an important day. Whichever the case, this article will provide a few date ideas for a great Valentine’s Day.
A romantic candlelight dinner is one of the most classic ideas for a Valentine’s Day date. Whether you plan and cook an elaborate meal by yourself, order in pizza and eat by candlelight or go out to an elegant restaurant with a great atmosphere, this type of date is likely to be well received. Although a romantic candlelight dinner might seem like a boring idea for a Valentine’s Day date just because it has been done so often and isn’t very original but it is a date idea which is always appreciated and never goes out of style.
Going out for a night of dancing is another great idea for a Valentine’s Day date. If you and your partner are already great dancers you can simply head out to a local dance club and plan on dancing away the evening. However, you might want to make things a little more interesting by changing things a little. For example if you and your partner typically enjoy country dancing you might try heading to a nightclub featuring salsa music. This will help to make the date seem more interesting. If you and your partner do not have a great deal of experience dancing, you can try arranging ballroom dancing lessons as a Valentine’s Day date idea. This will give you and your date an opportunity to learn something new together and connect in a new way.
Another great idea for a Valentine’s Day date idea is to rent a series of movies according to a particular theme and spend the evening watching movies and making popcorn at home. You can opt for renting several romantic movies to set the mood for Valentine’s Day but you don’t have to have the evening focus on romance. You can choose any theme which you and your partner will enjoy. For example you may try a few different sports related movies or a series of comedies. Whichever you choose, you are sure to have a great time because you are getting the opportunity to spend some quality time alone with your date.
A helicopter ride is a really romantic date idea for Valentine’s Day. Depending on where you live, you are likely to find pilots who offer scenic rides for this type of occasion. Whether you opt for a ride over a city or through scenic mountains, you and your date are sure to enjoy this unique Valentine’s Day date. This could be rather expensive and will likely not be a rather long event. To cut down on costs you might consider combining the helicopter ride with coffee and dessert afterwards instead of an expensive dinner.
Cultural events such as plays and visits to museums also make great Valentine’s Day date ideas. These types of events can be especially good ideas if you and your date do not normally engage in these types of activities. You can spend an afternoon or an evening comparing opinions on art displays or sit through a play or opera. However, it is important to remember these types of activities are only good ideas for a Valentine’s Day date if it is something you and your date will enjoy but normally don’t have time to do. If you and your date don’t normally do these types of things because you don’t enjoy them, then it would not be a good idea for a Valentine’s Day date.

Finding a Date for Valentine’s Day

If you are looking for a date for Valentine’s Day, you can rest assured that you are not alone. People around the world love celebrating Valentine’s Day with someone they love. For those who are in committed relationships, this is usually pretty easy. However, for those who are single or even dating, finding a date for Valentine’s Day can be a difficult task. This article will take a look at a few different scenarios and provide advice for finding a date for Valentine’s Day in each situation.

Couples in a committed relationship, do not usually find themselves alone on Valentine’s Day. For these couples it is generally assumed that unless work or other obligations interfere, they will be spending Valentine’s Day together. However, just because it is assumed does not always mean everything works out as planned. In fact it can be the source of problems for couples around Valentine’s Day.

Couples who assume they will be spending Valentine’s Day together may also assume their partner is taking care of making plans for the special day. However, if both of the partners make this assumption, the couple may find themselves spending Valentine’s Day alone because neither of them made plans. To avoid this problem, couples should avoid making assumptions and verbalize their plans for the day.
Couples who have only been dating for a short time may have a great deal of difficulty getting a date for Valentine’s Day and making plans for the day. This is because the partners may not yet feel secure enough in the relationship to know whether or not their partner will want to celebrate the day with them. This can be a turning point in a relationship as the couple tries to determine how they feel about each other and whether or not they want to spend Valentine’s Day together. Couples in this type of relationship should carefully evaluate their own feelings and determine what they are looking for in the relationship before bringing up the subject with the partner. This is a good idea because it helps to ensure the couple is not simply getting caught up in the spirit of the holiday and that they really love each other.

If you have only been dating someone for a short time but feel strongly about going on a date with her on Valentine’s Day, go ahead and ask her out. The worst that can happen is she says no. While this may ruin your plans for the big day, it will give you a better understanding of where your relationship stands.

Those who are single may have the most difficult time finding a date for Valentine’s Day. In one scenario and individual may be single but also secretly pining for another they would love to spend Valentine’s Day. In this case, if the person they admire is also single, it is worthwhile to just go ahead and ask her out. Again, she may say no but she also might say yes. If she says yes, you may end up having a great time on your Valentine’s Day date and it may lead to future dates. On the other hand, if she says no, you haven’t really lost anything because you didn’t have plans anyway and you can still plan on getting together with friends for Valentine’s Day.

Finally, if you are single and do not really have someone you want to spend a romantic Valentine’s Day; you can just plan to get together with a good friend or a group of friends on this day instead. Going out to dinner or to a movie is a fun way to spend Valentine’s Day even if you aren’t actually on a date. Valentine’s Day is about love but it doesn’t always have to be a romantic kind of love. You can have a great time on Valentine’s Day with a really good friend and do not always have to plan a romantic date for Valentine’s Day.

First Date Conversation Ideas

If you are gearing up for a first date, you may be nervous about the conversation.  First dates become extremely awkward when the wrong things are said or when nothing is said at all.  If topics of discussion on your first date is a fear of yours, continue reading on for a few suggestions. In terms of first date conversations, it is best to plan.  When doing so, break the date down into three different categories.  These categories are beginning, middle, and end.  When you consider each part of your date, as opposed to the whole night, coming up with conversation ideas doesn’t sound so hard.

As for the beginning of the date, it depends on how you start the night.  Did you pickup your date or meet her at the destination?  Regardless, opt for a quick greeting.  A simple “Hi, thanks for coming,” should be the first words out of your mouth.

If you pick a date up at her home, greet her inside and then ask if she is ready to go.  Once you get to the car, hold the door open for her.  Once inside, ask if she is comfortable.  If not, make steps to ensure she is.  If she is comfortable, she will likely follow it with something like “you have a nice car.”  This is a good starting point.  You can mention when you bought it or how you got it for a great deal.  Then, ask her about her car
.
Another good first date conversation in the car is about likes and dislikes.  Are you going to watch a movie?  Tell her you hope it is good.  Then, ask her what her favorite movie is.  If you don’t know it, ask her to summarize it real quick.  You can take the same approach with favorite restaurants, bars, music groups, and so forth.

If you meet your date at the destination, such as dinner or a movie, ask how the trip was. Ask if she found the place okay.  Do this before asking if she is ready to go inside.

Once your date starts, you will be reaching the middle of the night.  This is where you want to get to know your date.  So, ask questions.  When doing so, don’t dig too deep.  Ask about her family.  Does she have any siblings?  Ask about her job or college classes.  These questions always lead to conversation.  You can also use them to talk about yourself.  Does your date tell you she has a sister and then talk about her?  You can do the same, mention your family.

An awkward point in a date is the end.  If at a restaurant, you may be unsure when it call it a night.  If you are finished eating or drinking, see if your date is interested in doing something else.  Does she want to stop and have a few drinks or listen to a band at a local bar?  It won’t hurt to ask.

A good date relies on good conversation.  This should take place throughout the entire date, but the words you utter at the end of the night have the most influence.  Be sure to say you had a good time.  You will also want to ask her for a second date.  If the date didn’t go so well, you may be nervous about asking.  Instead of outright asking, say “You have my phone number.  Call if want to do this again.”

Virtual Dating

Virtual dating is a common method of dating with
people who are wired in the technology realm. This
method of dating is a system for finding possible
dates or people who you might be interested in dating.

Virtual dating uses a combined method of playing video
games and dating. People will create what is known as
avatars that are virtual figures of themselves. They
will spend time in a video game virtual world and meet
other people over the computer.

This virtual dating method allows people to talk to
potential dates through conversation and interact with
each other through a video game method.

If they decide they want to have an actual
relationship with the other person then they will move
to the next step in actually meeting by exchanging
phone numbers or setting up a location to meet.

Millions of people practice virtual dating today and
it is a preferred method by many. These people who use
these systems are usually into science fiction and
they are very good with technology.

The technology and the use of the virtual dating
system shows people using this system of dating that
they have something in common.

However, with the allowed interaction and the play
through the video game method allows people to
interact in a virtual way with people too. This can
show someone’s intellectual side, education, and more
when they work through the virtual dating systems.

Virtual dating is a common method today used by people
to meet new people and find potential candidates for
pursuing a relationship with. It is a fun way to meet
new people and allow them to get to know you without
actually meeting them until you are comfortable.

Speed Dating

Speed dating occurs when people go to a speed dating
place looking for someone who might be a good match
for them. This includes a very quick meeting with many
different people and you see if there is someone there
who you might be compatible with.

Speed dating is when many women and men sit at tables.
A woman and a man will sit at each table for a
specified period of time. It may be two minutes or ten
minutes depending on the speed dating place you are
at.

During this period of time, the two will ask each
other questions and get to know a little about each
other. They have the opportunity to quickly get a run
down on each person and decide if they are someone
they might be interested in getting to know a little
better after.

When the time is up then the women or the men will
move to the next table and talk to another person.

After each of the couples have met and spoke to each
other they will give the numbers of the people or say
which people they are interested in. If both people
show an interest then they have the opportunity to
communicate and go out together.

During the speed dating process while couples are at
the table they may exchange information with each
other also, if they hit it off right away.

Speed dating is not for everyone but some people
really like meeting new people and finding a date this
way. Many people like this method because they get to
meet the people in person and talk with them rather
than online or by going on a blind date.

It is said that if there is chemistry between the two
people then it is immediately recognized during a
speed dating session.
